Also, there are numerous companies that handle boat rentals. Lake Havasu City does get rather warm in the summertime with an average temperature exceeding 112 degrees Fahrenheit. The fall months bring with them a reprieve from the extreme heat, but the temperatures typically stay warm enough to enjoy the lake well into November. With the cooler temperatures and the beautiful fall sunsets there will be no doubt that you made the right choice when investing in Havasu City Real Estate.

With the winter months comes the insurgence of our annual winter residents. Our winter residents come to enjoy Havasu City Real Estate from all over the United States, Canada and beyond to escape the harsh winters of there home towns. One huge draw of Lake Havasu City Real Estate is year-round golf. Lake Havasu City has five beautiful golf courses to choose from, as well as one in nearby Parker, Arizona.
